Three Cumberland County men have been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of a Millville man on Friday night.

All three men charged remain at large and are considered armed and dangerous, according to the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office.

Police found the body of Thomas Smith III, 20, near the intersection of High and Oak streets around 6:53 p.m. Smith had been shot in the head, according to the prosecutor's office.

Jequise R. Forrest, 19 of Millville has been charged with first-degree conspiracy to commit murder, first-degree murder, second-degree conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, second-degree aggravated assault, second-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, and fourth-degree possession of high-capacity magazine.
