Cushman and Wakefield, a global multibillion-dollar real estate firm, facilitated the sale of 8700 S. Price Road from LNR Partners LLC to David McHenry.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Eric Wichterman, Chris Toci and Mike Coover represented the seller, LNR Partners LLC., owned by Phoenix resident Rolando Garcia

The property sits behind the Arizona State University Research Park where McHenry hopes his future tenant will partner the university for innovative efforts and new developments.

Coover added in a statment that the property has “potential to attract high technology companies to collaborate with ASU and join other credit tenants and corporate headquarters facilities in the park.”
