A man accused of killing a Rockefeller Elementary employee on Wednesday has been arrested according to Little Rock Police.

Duane Nooner , 29, was booked into the Pulaski County jail Wednesday evening and charged with capital murder in the shooting death of Michelle Butler , 36. Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott Jr. said in a statement the shooting took place in the parking lot outside the elementary school just before 3 p.m. yesterday. In a post on Twitter , police said that the shooting was part of a domestic dispute.
