EAST FLATBUSH — SCHOOLCHILDREN WILL ALSO RECEIVE FREE BOOKBAGS and other school supplies this coming Tuesday at a grand opening event for GodSquad/the 67 th Precinct Clergy Council ’s new office space on Church Ave. GodSquad’s corporate office, which was previously an urgent care center, is at 3805 Church Ave. The Aug. 26 grand opening event will feature games and activities.

Founded in 2010, GodSquad is a faith-based organization that works with local law enforcement to prevent gun violence, and operates several youth and parent educational programs. GodSquad also provides crisis intervention and strong support outreach to gun violence victims and their families.
