WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - The Kansas Humane Society is asking for help adopting six new puppies.

According to the organization’s Facebook page, the puppies were found in a storm drain not far from the Kansas Humane Society at 3313 N. Hillside St. in Wichita in mid-July. Staff members spent that morning luring the puppies out of the drain. They were all eventually loaded into a car and taken safely to the animal shelter.

Now, after being spayed and neutered, the puppies are three months old and ready for adoption.

The puppies’ names are Abby, Ellie, Greg, Lev, Mike, and Tommy. Three have already been adopted, but the Humane Society says they all love humans and wiggle and wag their tails when they meet people.
