PORTLAND, Ore. — Four suspected drug dealers were arrested in Portland yesterday, and police took possession of dealer-level quantities of fentanyl, a replica firearm, an illegal knife, a stun gun, and drug packaging materials.

Bike Squad Sergeant Spotted a Drug Transaction

The arrests took place during proactive patrols by the Portland Central Precinct Bike Squad when a sergeant observed a suspected drug deal near the Pioneer Courthouse Square.

One arrest was made, and Michael B. Dooley was transported to the Multnomah County Detention Center, where he was charged with two counts of being a felon in possession of restricted weapons, possession, and delivery of a controlled substance.
