WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - Wichita’s College Hill neighborhood announced safety plans for Halloween.

On Oct. 31, barricades in the neighborhood will be active at the following locations:

Douglas (Roosevelt to Crestway) - 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

First and Second Streets (Roosevelt to Crestway) - 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

100-400 blocks of Roosevelt, Quentin, Bluff, Fountain, Broadview, Crestway -- 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

No vehicle traffic will be permitted in those areas. Residents can attend a neighborhood association meeting on Sept. 9 at 7 p.m. at East Heights United Methodist Church to address questions and concerns.

College Hill residents will not be allowed to enter or exit the neighborhood by vehicle from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
