Nevada state offices temporarily suspended in-person services today following an early-morning network security incident that disrupted government operations across the state, officials said.
While technical teams work to restore normal operations, residents may experience intermittent disruptions to state websites, online services and office phone lines, officials said in a news release.
However, 911 emergency call-taking services remain fully operational statewide, officials said.
Gov. Joe Lombardo’s office didn’t give specifics on the security incident.
The Governor’s Technology Office is coordinating with agency partners to restore services safely. Because the office monitors systems continuously, the public may see updates posted outside normal business hours.
