A 73-year-old man died Sunday, after being hit by a car in Welland, Ont., Niagara police say.
Police responded at about 11 p.m. to reports of a collision on Niagara Street and Roger Drive, they said in a news release Monday.
The driver of a silver Honda Civic, travelling south, struck the man who "tragically" died of his injuries, said police.
The collision reconstruction and forensic services units are investigating, police said.
Detectives are looking for dash cam, cell phone or any other video footage recorded in the area between 10:45 and 11:10 p.m.
