RALEIGH — Senate Leader Phil Berger (R-Rockingham) appointed Sen. Danny Britt (R-Robeson) to four interim committees for the 2025-26 legislative session.

Sen. Danny Britt was tapped to serve as the Co-Chair of the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Justice and Public Safety.

Sen. Danny Britt will serve on the following committees during the interim:

— Co-Chair, Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Justice and Public Safety

— Member, Joint Legislative Administrative Procedure Oversight Committee

— Member, Joint Legislative Education Oversight Committee

— Member, Joint Legislative Emergency Management Oversight Committee
