OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Last October, Amy Carman needed a new place to stay to take care of her teenage son.

“I worked here since then too,” Carman said. “It was kind of to pay for my room initially.”

Calling this place home, she and others are now being forced to move out after the FBI arrested the people who ran the hotel in an alleged sex and labor trafficking operation.

She said she wasn’t given clear information on when she and others were supposed to move out.

“It’s been really hard not having rental history and employment,” Carman said.

Meanwhile in Bellevue, the deadline to moveout of the Rodeway Inn was today.

They told us a majority of the rooms are now cleared out and construction crews are boarding
