BRAWLEY — A public meeting organized by the California Racial Equity Commission and local non-profit Comite Civico del Valle gave residents of the Imperial Valley a chance to share their concerns with state officials. The meeting, held in Brawley on Friday, August 22, was part of a statewide tour aimed at gathering input from communities to inform a final report for state government leaders.
