CALDWELL COUNTY, Mo. - The Route D Bridge over Shoal Creek in Caldwell County remains closed after numerous delays to the project since March.

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) announced today that the bridge is now expected to open in November rather than its initial scheduled reopening in August.

Motorists are advised to continue seeking alternate routes.

MoDOT stated that both the department and Cale Seymour Construction, LLC have been delayed due to weather impacts.
