The Tempe City Council at a meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 28, in the City Council Chambers at Tempe City Hall, 31 E. Fifth St., is slated to make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control for Tempe Tulum LLC, 640 S. Mill Ave. No. 110.
