GUILFORD, Conn. — Wake and funeral arrangements for Guilford Firefighter Michael Terrio who was killed in a crash on last week, were announced on Tuesday.

Terrio, of Killingworth, was riding a motorcycle when he struck another vehicle from behind near Exit 59 on I-95 South. The crash occurred Friday evening.

The wake will be held on Thursday, August 28 at Swan Funeral Home, 825 Boston Post Road, Madison.

Officials said that visiting hours will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. All fire department personnel are requested to assemble outside Swan Funeral Home at 1745 hours in Class A uniforms. Members will form up across the street from the funeral home with Guilford Squad 1 and Madison Hose Engine 2-5-1.
