A man previously arrested for criminal trespassing in an alleged Peeping Tom incident in June was arrested again on the same charge of criminal trespassing at 8:30 am Monday.

According to the court records, James Austin Grisham, 45, was released on Aug. 15 after Bell County Sheriff’s Office arrested him on two charges of criminal trespassing for a June 15 incident for which he was found guilty. Grisham was sentenced to 150 days with a jail credit of 60 days.

The punishment for the Class B misdemeanor in Texas can range from probation, 180 days in jail, and/or up to $2,000 fee.

He was also found guilty of disorderly conduct of a Peeping Tom, a Class C misdemeanor for the same incident on June 15. The sentence was a fee only, court records do not indicate
