RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Two Raleigh men arrested in Wake County last week are now facing a murder charge, according to warrants.

Warrants filed by the Raleigh Police Department show 20-year-old Cincere Henry Pugh and 19-year-old Javan Rayan Smith are both charged with murder in the death of Julian David Kent on Aug. 18.

According to the warrants, Pugh and Smith are also accused of conspiring with Kent to attempt to rob a woman with an assault rifle, then attempting to kill the woman and another man.

Additionally, Pugh is accused of robbing a man in Knightdale at gunpoint on the same day after conspiring with Smith and Kent, according to a warrant filed by the Knightdale Police Department.
