LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Mayor Leirion Gaylor Baird and other city officials cut the ribbon on the new Union at Antelope Valley.
For anyone who drives on L Street, the development has been hard to miss.
The $52.7 million “community” is set to supply 187, 2-3 bedroom units to households whose income level is below 60% of the area median income. $3.4 million of which was supplied by the city through tax increment financing.
Some of the amenities include a community center, fitness center, dog park, parking garage, and courtyard with a playground.
