A Canadian man driving a Ferrari 111 mph in a 55 mph zone was arrested on Route 16 in Tamworth, State Police said.

Xinnan Yan, 27, of Markham, Ontario, was charged with reckless driving.

A state trooper observed Yan in a 2024 Ferrari SF9 driving north just after 6 p.m., according to a State Police news release.

Yan was released on personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Ossipee district court Oct. 29.
