WEST JORDAN, Utah (ABC4) — A two-car crash in West Jordan required one driver to be extricated, and both drivers were sent to the hospital with serious injuries.
According to Sgt. Andrew Hercules, the Public Information Officer for West Jordan Police, at around 1:30 p.m., officers responded to a crash near 3400 W 7800 S in West Jordan. One vehicle was turning off Old Brigham Highway while the other was traveling on 7800 S when they collided in an intersection.

Police had to extricate one of the drivers from the vehicle, meaning that the driver was either trapped in the vehicle due to damage to the vehicle caused by the crash, or was too injured to exit the vehicle on their own.
