A Saturday night out at Duke’s Roadhouse turned chaotic when a Sorrento man allegedly punched a bouncer and shattered a car window before being hauled off to jail.
According to a police probable cause statement, Angelo Sanchez, 34, was cut off by bartenders shortly before midnight and asked to leave the bar. Instead of walking out quietly, Sanchez became aggressive and struck bouncer Catarino Morales in the chest, officers said.
The trouble didn’t stop at the door.
Witnesses told police Sanchez grabbed a handful of gravel and hurled it toward staff, striking the passenger-side window of a car owned by Kaveus Taylor, another customer who lives in Rancho El Dorado.
