WASHINGTON — As the Loudoun County elections grow closer, county officials unveiled the winners of the 2025 'I Voted' sticker contest. Three winners were chosen from dozens of entries.
First Place: The winning design is by Tonya Sutherland. Her sticker incorporates the state flower, dogwood, and the state bird, a Northern Cardinal, over an outline of the Commonwealth.
Second Place: The second-place design is by Melissa Lew and features raised hands and a red checkmark
Third Place: The third-place design is by Samantha Widjaja, with elements of the United States flag and the Statue of Liberty's torch
