TAYLOR COUNTY, Iowa -- A large fire broke out at a chicken farm near Clearfield in southwest Iowa on Tuesday, requiring the response of multiple agencies to contain it.
The Creston Fire Department first posted about being called to the fire on mutual aid shortly after 5:30 PM.
More than 25 departments, involving over a hundred personnel, were dispatched to the scene to battle the blaze.
