YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee has added seven new members to its Board of Directors for the 2025–26 term, led by chair and local attorney Marlene Moses.

The new members represent leaders across the finance, legal, nonprofit and sports sectors. In addition, the 127-year-old Nashville nonprofit named a new chair-elect.

Earlier this year, YWCA named Michele Harrell as chief development officer.

Harrell has spent the past 20 years supporting nonprofit organizations in Middle Tennessee. For the past 13 years, she served as development director for AgeWell Middle Tennessee.

Harrell has also led major development efforts at the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center and Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.
