LAFAYETTE COUNTY — A Holden motorcyclist was injured in a crash early Tuesday morning in Lafayette County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the eastbound motorcycle was struck when it failed to yield to a northbound Nissan Altima at the intersection of Missouri Routes U and H.

Although the driver of the car wasn’t injured, the 54-year-old man was transported to Centerpoint with moderate injuries.
