BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Indiana State Police have a West Terre Haute man in custody after allegedly finding over $1,000 of THC products in his vehicle.

According to a press release, an Indiana State Trooper initiated a traffic stop on I-69 near the 127-mile marker in Monroe County on a vehicle driven by Edward K. Britt, 39, of West Terre Haute.

The traffic stop led to police searching Britt's vehicle, where they found five packages of THC gummies, two plastic containers of THC, and one box of 100 2-gram dosage units of hash oil, according to a press release.

State police stated that they located receipts for the seized items, totaling $1,300.
