LUBBOCK, Texas -- Another person came forward, and another sexual assault charge was added to the list of crimes against former Lubbock ISD teacher and coach, Jeremy Maxfield, 41, according to court documents obtained on Friday.

EverythingLubbock.com previously reported Maxfield was initially charged with three counts of sexual assault of a child and one count of improper relationship between and educator and student. The fourth charge of sexual assault of a child was added to Maxfield’s jail roster later Thursday.

Court records said on August 21, another victim reported to authorities that she was sexually assaulted by Maxfield. Court documents said the victim told investigators she was in a "sexual relationship" with Maxfield when she was 15 and he was 21. The victim advised Maxfield w
