Boosie Badazz has officially pleaded guilty in his federal gun possession case.
The Baton Rouge, La. native appeared in a San Diego courtroom on Tuesday, August 26, to formally plead guilty to a single count of illegal gun ownership. He previously accepted a plea deal after police arrested him for possessing two weapons following a music video shoot in June 2023. He was originally charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm. According to Billboard , federal prosecutors agreed to drop a second gun charge and recommend a two-year prison sentence instead of a maximum 15-year sentence.
