TROY, Mo. – A Lincoln County Circuit Court judge signed an arrest warrant Wednesday for a Troy, Missouri, man accused of causing a public disturbance by exposing himself to a woman and her child while they were camping.

According to a probable cause statement from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred on the evening of Aug. 11 at the Logan Life Conservation Area along Highway RA near Silex.

A deputy arrived at the conservation area just before 10:15 p.m. and found a naked man sitting on the ground. The man, identified as Nicholas C. Schell, appeared to be under the influence of narcotics.

The sheriff's office alleges Schell claimed to be a guest at the campground and had just come back from a bar.
