CIRCLEVILLE — The Circleville Police Department responded to nearly 50 calls for service on Tuesday, August 26, ranging from extra patrol checks and traffic complaints to reports of vandalism, threats, and domestic trouble.
The day began in the early morning hours with several extra patrol requests across town, including along North Court Street, Maumee Drive, and Stoutsville Pike. All checked okay. Around 5:30 a.m., officers responded to an alarm drop on U.S. 23, which was cleared without incident.
Later in the morning, officers investigated a parking complaint on East Franklin Street, recovered found property on Nicholas Drive, and responded to a vandalism report on East Mill Street. A threats and harassment complaint was also reported on South Pickaway Street.
