Insisting that the state lacks a legal leg to stand on, the Trump administration’s Justice Department renewed its demand that New Hampshire election officials turn over its list of all registered voters.

The strongly worded request also seeks for the state to identify those who failed to vote in recent elections and got knocked off the rolls.

This legal fight is part of a campaign by the political organization in the White House to seek millions of names from target states in advance of the 2026 midterm elections.
