ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - The Department of Veterans Affairs has moved $800 million to an infrastructure improvement program, kick-starting a series of projects across the nation — including in Atlanta.
The Atlanta VA Medical Center in unincorporated Decatur will see renovated clinical spaces, an updated heating and air conditioning system, a refurbished kitchen, a new Wi-Fi system, air purifying filters and an area to prepare IVs.
