DARE COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) -- Deputies from the Dare County Sheriff's office arrested a woman from Buxton for drug possession and robbery.

According to the Sheriff's Office, Kimberly N. Jakob, 41, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Deputies responded to a report about a dispute in Buxton on Aug. 24 at 3:30 p.m. and saw Jakob threaten to use force to obtain drugs. Jakob's weapon is currently unknown.

After her arrest, Jakob was issued a $25,000 bond. It's not clear where she's being held during this time.
