BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) - North Dakota Governor Kelly Armstrong has ordered all U.S. and state flags to be flown at half-staff from today through sunset on August 31, as a mark of respect to the victims of the tragic shooting at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis.
He also encourages residents and businesses across the state to do the same.
In a statement, Armstrong expressed deep sorrow:
