BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. —

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division has charged another man with animal fighting.

During an operation on Aug. 11, 10 dogs (9 adults, 1 puppy) were seized from a home in Seabrook and placed with the Humane World for Animals organization for veterinary care. SLED agents later found 30-year-old Justinn Benjamin Moultrie and arrested him on Tuesday, Aug. 26. Latest Forecast
