SENECA, S.C. —
A jet carrying fans to the Clemson, LSU football game on Saturday slid off the runway leaving part of the Oconee County Regional Airport closed as of Monday.
The airport's director, Jeff Garrison, said the corporate jet slid off the end of the runway while trying to land. Latest Forecast

Garrison said no one on the plane was injured and the aircraft was not damaged; however, the plane remains on the property.
He said the runway is closed for landings and open for departures to the east.
Garrison said they expect to have the plane cleared and the airport back to normal operations later Monday or by Tuesday.
