BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Bakersfield Fire Department is getting ready for one of its popular fall events, the Crab Fest.

Jason Johnson, the President of the Bakersfield Firefighters Historical Society, joined 17 News at Noon to talk about the fun night that will be full of good food and great company.

Crab Fest is set for Sept. 5, at Luigi's Warehouse. This exciting event benefits the future Bakersfield Fire Museum and Education Center in downtown Bakersfield and is hosted by the Bakersfield Firefighters Historical Society.
