Companies across 13 industries ranging from retail/wholesale to financial services are the 35 best places to work in Oklahoma, according to Forbes.

Forbes and market research firm Statista compiled the list of America’s Best-In-State Employers 2025 by surveying more than 160,000 employees who work for a company of at least 500 people.

Overall, 1,417 companies made it onto at least one of the state lists, which yielded a combined 2,500 rankings. Like the 2024 list, many of the companies were in the health care/social services sector or education.
