CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Tracy Stewart has stage four breast cancer and is living on hospice care. She has been renting a home on Mannering Avenue in Cleveland for the past six years, but for the past couple of weeks, she has had no kitchen and no sink.
“Now my kids are not able to stay with me because of the situation of this house,” says Stewart.
She said she used to never have problems with her landlord, but claims that ever since she was diagnosed, she has been treated differently.
“I come home, and I tell her I can’t live with this, and I can’t deal with that, but nothing is done,” says Stewart.
Tracy says her house is falling apart and there are bugs everywhere.
Back in February, she reached a legal agreement with her landlord.
In that settlement, it says that a nonprofit will
