Last week, the owner of that property, Kelvin D. Anderson, was arrested on 10 counts of disturbing the peace.
According to the Forrest County Sheriff’s Office, these charges were pressed against him by individuals, with eight of them stemming from an incident on July 5th.
Anderson turned himself in to the Forrest County Adult Detention Center at 10:47 a.m. on Friday and immediately bonded out.
A trial on all cases will be sometime in November.
