ELMA, N.Y. (WIVB) -- What started as a concept 24 months ago is now marking a milestone for Moog. The company is opening their new 13,000 square-foot operations training center in Elma.

"It's a sign of our commitment to workforce development, technical excellence, and also national security. For us, we're involved in aerospace and defense at Moog, and we know that we have to develop further skills in our workforce such that we can meet the increasing production demands that are out there and the technical challenges that we face within the business," said Pat Roche, the president and CEO of Moog.
