The Dallas Cowboys have made significant roster moves, claiming defensive backs Reddy Steward and Trikweze Bridges off waivers as they finalize their team for the upcoming season.
Head coach Brian Schottenheimer had indicated that the Cowboys would be active in adjusting their roster after reducing it to the 53-man limit. By Wednesday, the team had not only claimed Steward and Bridges but also filled 15 of their 16 practice squad spots.
"We will definitely be active, what does that mean? I don't know, I don't know how many new faces will be here compared to how many guys we bring back, but we're open for business if you will say," Brian Schottenheimer said.
