LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- Wednesday marked day three of DMV closures across Nevada, and customer frustration remains high.

“My goodness, how long does it take?” Sue Hutchinson, who visited the DMV located in the north valley on Decatur and Elkhorn for the third time, in an attempt to help her grandson, Carter Beachler, said.

“He's getting kind of antsy; He wants his driver's license,” Hutchinson explained.

Other customers were also discouraged, including Greg Norfleet, who visited the same DMV in an attempt to register his vehicle.

“I'm a senior citizen, and I've been dealing with cancer, so it's hard for me to come out here in the heat and deal with this,” Norfleet said.

He said he first tried the website, but since there were issues, he felt his best bet was to show up in person.
