VISALIA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The City of Visalia is anticipating the opening of its second Costco Wholesale off Shirk Street and Riggin Avenue, and it's being met with a lot of positivity.

"I think we definitely need a second Costco," said Tulare resident Melinda Gonzales.
