PEARL RIVER CO., Miss. (WLOX) - Officials with the Mississippi Highway Patrol have identified 35-year-old Dustin Fried of Poplarville as the victim of a fatal two-vehicle crash on Wednesday morning.

Investigators say the wreck took place around 6 a.m. on Highway 11. Fried was traveling north on a 2022 Honda motorcycle when it collided with an eastbound 2018 Dodge Ram.

As a result, Fried received fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation by MHP.
