CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) -- Friends and loved ones of a beloved Conway bar employee who was fatally shot earlier this month gathered Wednesday to remember and honor him.

Lester "Lil' Man" Goldsmith was working at Rascal's Bar and Grill on Aug. 15 when police say 26-year-old Irving Oswaldo Gonzalez Centeno killed him. Two other people are facing charges connected to the 41-year-old's death.

Centeno remains behind bars at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center on an ICE hold, while Herman Sanchez Herrera and Marcos Gutierrez-Vazquez were charged with disorderly conduct.

"It's been hell. It's the hardest -- by far the hardest -- two weeks of a lot of our lives. Of everyone's life that really knew him," said Goldsmith's friend Danielle Byars.
