SPOKANE, Wash. – A local man is facing felony charges after allegedly sending sexually explicit messages and videos to a 16-year-old girl.

Kyrhee Jamal Daniels, 30, has been accused of contacting the teenager online. Investigators described his actions as "immoral communication with a minor."

Court documents revealed that Daniels reportedly sent explicit messages and videos over social media after learning the girl's age.

The victim and another witness stated the 16-year-old encountered Daniels at a Motel 6 in West Spokane on August 25. During the encounter, she reportedly declined multiple sexual advances from him.

The judge set Daniels' bond at $5,000, citing the nature of the alleged activity as a community safety risk.
