BOYCE, La. (WNTZ) - Two Alexandria men were arrested after a Rapides Area Drug Enforcement (RADE) K-9 deputy discovered nearly six pounds of fentanyl during a traffic stop on Interstate 49 south of Boyce, according to the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office. • Jermaine Dorsey, 47, of Alexandria, was arrested on charges of possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana. He was released the same day on a $100,700 bond. • Kyren Kentrell Dixon, 29, of Alexandria, was arrested on charges of possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana. He was released the following day on a $100,500 bond.
Just after 1 a.m. on Aug. 23, a RADE deputy stopped a vehicle near mile marker 93 for a traffic violation. The driver was identified as Jermaine D
