TORRINGTON, CT (WFSB) - A motorcycle crash closed a portion of Route 800 in Torrington on Thursday morning.

The State Department of Transportation said it happened in the area of the Litchfield Town Line.

“South Main Street from Vista Drive to Lower Bogue Road is closed for a crash investigation,” Torrington police posted to social media.

The crash was reported around 8 a.m.

There was no word on injuries or a cause.
