GREENBELT, Md. (DC News Now) -- Three juveniles were arrested after they were involved in a chase with the United States Park Police (USPP) on Wednesday night.

Details are limited; however, park police told DC News Now that the incident began just before midnight in the area of 201. During the chase, the group led authorities into Maryland, where the pursuit ended in Prince George's County.

Police noted that three juveniles were arrested for a stolen vehicle and attempting to flee law enforcement.

The ages of the juveniles are currently unknown, and additional felony charges are pending, said USPP.

The chase happened less than 48 hours after the USPP Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) bargained for a new vehicle pursuit policy with management.
